Account and Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of Ustam can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to info@ustam.ai with subject: Account Deletion Request.
2. Include your account email and, if applicable, your Shopify shop domain.
3. We may request additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

After verification, we start deletion without undue delay.

What is deleted

• Ustam account profile and authentication records
• Shop-level settings and integrations connected to the account
• Conversations, chat messages, and related assistant configuration data
• Device registration records and push-notification tokens linked to the account

What may be retained and for how long

• Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days and then automatically purged.
• Limited records may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention, or security obligations.

Delete some data without deleting account

You can also request deletion of specific data categories without deleting your full account by contacting info@ustam.ai.
